Annex Prenatal Classes

All classes will be taught by a midwife from Community Midwives of Toronto!
Come and learn with Mary, Fariba, Kristen, and Elena who have many years of experience in caring for parents and babies throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and the postpartum period.
 Topics will include:
Common questions at the end of pregnancy
How to identify and manage early labour
Preparation for labour and birth
Physiology of labour and birth
Options for birth including home, hospital and the Toronto Birth Centre
Preparation for life with your new baby, including feeding and tips for the early days


 We welcome and celebrate the diversity in the individuals and families we serve, we thank you in advance for helping us to create a safe and effective learning environment for all.

Cost: $200 per 4-week session OR 5 hour weekend intensive.  Includes pregnant person and their partner or support person.
